Here at Haven of Eden, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2018, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment and progress.
Haven of Eden is emerging as a beacon of hope and transformation for vulnerable populations in Nigeria. Driven by a commitment to holistic empowerment, Haven of Eden has made a positive impact in the lives of many Nigerian individuals and families.
Presently, Haven of Eden assists vulnerable populations in Lagos, Nigeria, but we have aspirations to expand to other states in Nigeria and then other countries in Africa and so on.
Our approach is comprehensive, addressing not just immediate needs but also fostering long-term growth and self-sufficiency. From economic support to educational advancement, mental health advocacy, social development, and environmental stewardship, Haven of Eden is dedicated to creating sustainable change. Each of our programs is designed to uplift those who need it most, providing them with the tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

OUR FOUNDER
Haven of Eden was born out of both lived experience and a deep sense of calling. Our founder Eden, has always carried a heart for people, especially those who are overlooked, underserved, or in need of a safe place to land. As a Nigerian-American and a social worker, she has witnessed the struggles that individuals, families, and communities face when resources are scarce and systems fall short. She has also seen the remarkable resilience people carry within them when given the right opportunities. Out of this conviction, the vision for Haven of Eden began to grow: to create a space for justice and empowerment, where compassion meets action.
Eden is deeply troubled by injustice and poverty, and she advocates for the all-round wellbeing and right to flourish—not merely survive—for all people. For her, Haven of Eden is not just an organization but a channel for advancing social justice and making a meaningful impact in as many lives as possible. It is the outpouring of one woman’s hope that, together, we can build a more compassionate and just world.
